- We parcel our products safely and ensure we do everything to help your purchase arrive safely. During the checkout process you are asked to pick the delivery method your prefer. Some people like to have their mail signed for or you can chose the slowest method if you are in no rush, the choice is yours. We do not make profit on shipping like many other businesses.

Your payment details are processed through PayPal and their army of secure servers, you will notice that when you are entering payment details the address bar starts with HTTPS, this means everything you are entering is encrypted and can not be viewed or 'hacked' by anyone. This is our promise.
- Returns & Replacements
- We do everything to ensure you are happy with your purchase but in the event you are not the simply return the item to us, in original packaging and undamaged and we will refund you your full purchase amount. Please note: this promised cannot be held for software or item than contain breakable seals. If in doubt please check with us before purchase.

- Our paymet process has been designed to be easy, secure and fast. Whether you have a PayPal account or use a card there is not easier system to complete your transaction. Pricing within our site give you the 'with VAT' or 'without VAT' option, this way you can see exactly how the price of your product is made up. Frequently we have promotions and sales, these events are clear to see and products with price reductions and package deals will be clearly visibly to you.
- Viewing Orders and Amending Details
- Once your order has been placed our state of the art system will email you with everything you need to view your order and track progress. Once registered you can then log into the site and view orders, change your details, password. We now also have a wishlist facility where you can register your interest in something and check on stock levels or until you have saved enough 'pennies' to buy it.
